Q: What are the OCW mail servers?

A: For name@(mail.)ocis.net, name@(mail.)kamloops.net, name@(mail.)nicolavalley.com, name@(mail.)squilax.net accounts...

Incoming (POP) -- There are three different ocis.net incoming mail servers - mail.ocis.net, qmail.ocis.net, courier.ocis.net.

Outgoing (SMTP) -- mail.ocis.net **

Domain clients:
Incoming (POP) -- mail.[domain name]
Outgoing (SMTP) -- mail.[domain name] **

** NOTE: The Outgoing entry is generally determined by your Internet connection. If you are an OCW connectivity client, you can use the values above. If your Internet service is through another provider, you MUST use that ISP's Outgoing mail server value to be able to send mail through that network.

Q: Why is my password being rejected?

A: There are many reasons this can happen, with the most obvious being incorrect information. Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure your caps lock is not active. There are no spaces in passwords. Also keep in mind that incorrect username information can sometimes generate a password error.
